These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Beautifly® webshop at www.beautifly.shop. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Products
All Beautifly displays are handmade and feature real butterflies and insects, ethically sourced from certified farms. Because each piece is natural and unique, variations in size, color, and composition may occur.
Care advice: To maintain the beauty of your display, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, as this may cause fading over time.
Prices and payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
Payment is charged at the time of order.
Data storage and security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion. Your data is stored on secure servers and only accessible by authorized personnel.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to countries within the European Union.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, provided the product is in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a newly produced version. During holiday periods, we may ship from an alternative warehouse to maintain delivery timelines.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. All shipments are insured through our logistics provider to cover potential loss or damage during transit. A tracking number will be provided where applicable.
Returns and right of withdrawal
EU customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To initiate a return, please go to: Refunds & Returns page. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Liability
Beautifly is not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party delivery services. We are also not responsible for customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction where Beautifly is legally registered.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
