Returning Your Order to Beautifly®
At Beautifly®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you have the option to return the product.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when you received it.
How to return

- Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Return Conditions
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
• Custom-made pieces (e.g., frames with hand-selected insects) are generally non-refundable.
• Items that are returned used, damaged, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.
Claims/damaged items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with a description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
