There’s a quiet confidence to the Madagascar Diadem, Hypolimnas dexithea. With its broad wings, soft patterns, and almost velvet-like texture, it doesn’t need bold colors to make an impression. This butterfly carries itself with grace—elegant, grounded, and undeniably striking in its own way. Found only in Madagascar, Madagascar Diadem is the largest of the island’s diadem species, and one of its most unique. While others shimmer and dazzle, this one draws you in slowly. Its soft whites and deep charcoals seem almost painted by hand, with each delicate curve and spot revealing the quiet artistry of nature.

Classified as A quality, this Madagascan Diadem may have minor imperfections that can only be seen upon close inspection with the naked eye. Although it appears nearly flawless, the small details show its natural life and growth.
